A little smaller than I expected but not a major issue. I bought it more for the disruption it caused when I wore it on the hospital ward floor. My uptight colleagues were sufficiently freaked out enough to suggest I be written up for defying the dress code (a couple of Karens suggested I even be fired!). My patients, on the other hand, found it delightfully irreverent!
A testimony to the fact that laughter is the best medicine. All the Biffs and Karens can kiss my entire a$$.
